Every GM Certified Used Vehicle is required to undergo a rigorous 117-point mechanical and appearance inspection by factory-trained dealer technicians. The technicians ensure that everything from the drivetrain to the windshield wipers are in good working order. The vehicles are road tested, put up on a lift for a complete underbody and frame inspection and then completely checked for any cosmetic flaws. Following the inspection, the vehicles go through a complete reconditioning process to bring the vehicle up to GM's exacting standards, and then they are issued their final certification.
